To provide leadership and direction to the sales and marketing team, ensuring the effective implementation of the sales strategy in the attainment of its financial goals across all business segments;
Overseeing the provision of a pension products to a wide spectrum of customers, driving the relationship management process, cultivating relationships
Overseeing marketing team (non-sales activities including research and insight, communications and brand management, digital marketing, direct marketing, alternate channel development and management (including agents, alliance partners)
Safeguarding the organisations’ interest by ensuring business transactions are within agreed principles and standards to ensure the good reputation and profitability of the organisation
