I am a certified Sustainability & ESG Professional, Environmental and Social Impact Manager, Sustainability Reporting & ESG Disclosure Expert and ESG Strategy Advisor with over 12years cross-cultural and cross-sectoral experience in the design, development, and implementation of ESMS, ESMP, ESAP, ESDD, sustainability initiatives & ESG strategies, sustainability & ESG reporting, ESG risk assessment, ESG data collection, E&S impact studies projects, stakeholders’ engagement, E&S assessment reports, overall project management.
I have worked across consulting, FMCG, agricultural, manufacturing, mining, technology, oil & gas sectors in Nigeria & Africa delivering strategic sustainability & ESG solutions to meet organisations’ needs across diverse stakeholder groups (internal/external), Executive Management, Boards, investors, development partners, etc in line with several sustainable development frameworks, local & international regulatory requirements, & global ESG best practices.
I have led and managed various ESG requirements and engagements with numerous investors, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), International Finance Institutions (IFIs), Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and Impact Funds such as World Bank IFC, AfDB, KfW, FMO, IFAD, EDFI AgriFi, IDH FarmFit, Skoll Foundation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Mastercard Foundation, Global Partnerships, amongst others.
So far in my career & across several organizations, I have coordinated & completed over 21 ESG/Sustainability impact studies projects; 35 Sustainability Reports and ESG Disclosures; 5 ESG strategic roadmaps and management plans; 24 ESG related policies, codes & standards; and 35 Environmental & Social projects/studies with regulatory approvals obtained.
I have a M.Sc. in Sustainability and Environmental Management with related professional licenses & certifications from bodies such ISSP, GRI, IAIA, NGX, SPIN, ICRS and ISO 26000, 20400 and 14001 Standards.

Achievements: i. Achieved improved overall EcoVadis Sustainability Scorecard Rating of 55/100 (67th percentile) in September 2022 compared to 49/100 (52nd percentile) in 2021. ii. Achieved improved Climate Change score (“D” in 2022 compared to “D-” in 2021) and Water Security score (“C” in 2022 compared to “D” in 2021) due to improved disclosures and operational sustainability practises in the 2022 GSC’s submitted CDP questionnaires. iii. Developed and formulated two (2) strategic roadmap, management plans and campaigns. iv. Two (2) specialised sustainability & ESG studies and projects started and completed. v.
