Achievements: i. Achieved improved overall EcoVadis Sustainability Scorecard Rating of 55/100 (67th percentile) in September 2022 compared to 49/100 (52nd percentile) in 2021. ii. Achieved improved Climate Change score (“D” in 2022 compared to “D-” in 2021) and Water Security score (“C” in 2022 compared to “D” in 2021) due to improved disclosures and operational sustainability practises in the 2022 GSC’s submitted CDP questionnaires. iii. Pioneer Sustainability & ESG Manager and a member of the Management Team, responsible for the overall development & implementation of sustainability, social performance & environmental management strategies for FMN’s Sugar Division/Value Chain (Golden Sugar Company) - a 750,000 tons per annum Sugar Refinery (Apapa, Lagos State); 17,000 hectares irrigable farmland/estate with 3,500-hectare sugarcane plantation and 100,000 tons per annum Sugar Mill (Sunti, Niger State). ii. Developed, rolled-out & managed the execution of a robust 3-year sustainability roadmap & strategy for the Sugar Division in line with the company’s sustainability goals, sustainable development programs and targets based on ESG global best practises, regulatory (compliance) and customer (corporate client, internal & external) demands. iii. Supported overall business profitability in Sales and Customer Service through the smooth coordination, execution & completion of all Corporate B2B customers’ (such as Nestlé, AB InBev, Mondalez, Diageo, Heineken, etc.) demands/expectations on sustainability initiatives, data, reports and disclosures. iv. Managed regulatory & customers stakeholders’ expectation while maintaining GSC’s sustainability disclosures and reporting compliance to numerous corporate, ethical, and social responsibility frameworks/platforms and sustainable supply chain/procurement organisations, such as EcoVadis, Sedex, Bonsucro, CDP for overall improved ESG ratings. v. Group Sustainability Specialist

Developed & coordinated the annual UNGC Communication on Progress (CoP) report for Dangote Industries Limited. iii. Facilitated the development and management of several user-friendly ESG (sustainability) data collection/management systems and their active usage by key functions for periodic ESG performance reporting. iv. Coordinates & supports the operationalization of Dangote Group 7-Sustainability Pillars strategy across all subsidiaries through sustainability-related trainings, workshops & other capacity development initiatives. v.
