Key Stakeholders |
The Director, Retail Transformation will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations teams, sales and customer acquisition functions, marketing and communication and technology teams to drive the retail market penetration of Group’s products and services. |
Role Responsibilities |
·      Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for retail transformation aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
·      Identify key market trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making. ·      Collaborate with executive leadership to define transformational priorities and initiatives for The Group’s’s products and services. ·      Lead the retail transformational efforts within the Ecosystem for the successful execution of retail initiatives. ·      Lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams to embrace change and actively participate in transformational initiatives. ·      Identify areas of opportunity to streamline and optimize retail product and service delivery within the Ecosystem. ·      Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance retail operational efficiency and reduce operational costs. ·      Drive process improvement initiatives to improve the customer journey and experience. ·      Develop strategies to enhance the customer experience across all retail channels. ·      Utilize data analytics and customer insights to improve The Group’s overall retail market strategy. ·      Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to evaluate their potential impact on The Group’s retail product and service offerings. ·      Collaborate with the technology team to identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize The Group’s retail operations. ·      Drive the adoption of digital technologies and omni-channel strategies to create a seamless and integrated customer experience for The Group’s retail target market. ·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to gain buy-in and support for retail transformational initiatives. ·      Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to execute successful retail transformation projects. ·      Communicate progress, challenges, and results to executive leadership and provide regular updates on the transformational journey. ·      Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management. |
What we are looking for |
Technical Competencies
·      Understanding of digital technologies relevant to retail transformation. ·      Expertise in using digital analytics to create seamless customer experience across multiple touchpoints. ·      Proficiency in using data analytics to derive insights and data-driven decisions relating to retail transformation. ·      Understanding of information analysis to identify customer trends and improve operational efficiency. ·      Familiarity with customer experience design principles and methodologies. ·      Knowledge of key retail performance metrics. ·      Experience in developing retail marketing strategies, including digital marketing techniques, social media marketing, and target advertising. ·      Proficiency in using data analysis tools for transformational retail strategies. ·      knowledge of retail technology solutions and systems. ·      Basic understanding of financial analysis and financial performance measurement. ·      Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance laws and requirements in the retail industry. ·      Excellent understanding of the retail industry, including trends, challenges, best practices, and emerging technologies within the retail market.  Behavioral Competencies ·      Strong collaborative skills across cross-functional teams to drive retail transformation initiatives. ·      Proven leadership capabilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams in achieving strategic goals. ·      Strong change management skills to manage organizational change. ·      Effective communication skills to drive transformational initiatives. ·      Excellent retail sales and customer relations skills. ·      Superior qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. ·      Excellent organizational and time management skills. |
